Well it looks like the folks over at Capcom are going to be giving the owners of the PS3 a new reason to go Home again. Fans of the upcoming Street Fighter IV will have a little more incentive now when considering which gaming console to get their SFIV fix. This is great news for a virtual world that has had a very rough start.
I will be honest I downloaded Home when it finally released it’s “full beta release” but since the initial exploration I really have not seen much going on to really spend anymore time there. Honestly it was quite a let down when they finally did release it. I think Home became a victim of being over hyped to the point that there was no way it could have lived up to all the expectations.
The news that Capcom is working with Sony to bring their own flavor to the Home virtual world is what a lot of us have been waiting for. The promise of bringing the SFIV universe into the Home world with rewards and paid items to bring into your Home virtual world. These are nice features but I more excited about the rumor that there will be in Home SFIV launching capabilities and the matching features.
